14 . Truman Henry4 Geurink (John3, Hemy John2, Arent Jan1) was born in Town of Easton, WI December 21, 1920.
He married Ruth Abma in Town of Ringle, WI, October 23, 194O.
-Truman and Ruth were married in the Abma home.
Ruth was born in Town of Ringle, at home August 14, 1922. She is the daughter of Epco Abma and Winafred Reimes.
- At 18 years of age Ruth became the mother of Donald Geurink Marathon County, WI April 23, 1941.
- At 23 years of age Ruth became the mother of Larry Truman Geurink Marathon County, WI September 14, 1945.
- At 27 years of age Ruth became the mother of Maurice Geurink Wausau, September 30, 1949.
- At 28 years of age Ruth became the mother of Eugene Geurink Wausau, WI, November 21, 195O.
- At 30 years of age Ruth became the mother of Marilyn Geurink Wausau, WI, September 1, 1952.
- At 20 years of age Truman became the father of Donald Geurink Marathon County, WI, April 23, 1941.
- At 24 years of age Truman became the father of Larry Truman Gemink Marathon County, WI, September 14, 1945.
- At 28 years of age Truman became the father of Maurice Geurink Wausau, WI, September 30, 1949.
- At 29 years of age Truman became the father of Eugene Geurink Wausau, WI, November 21, 1950.
- At 31 years of age Truman became the father of Marilyn Geurink Wausau, WI, September 1, 1952.
Truman died August 30, 1997 Wausau WI, at 76 years of age.

Truman H. Geurink, 76, 6107 Randy Jay St., Schofield died Saturday, Aug. 30, 1997, under Comfort
Care and Hospice Services at Wausau Hospital.
Truman operated a dairy farm in the town of Easton and ran a milk route. After his retirement, he was
employed by the town of Weston and drove school bus for the D.C. Everest School District.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth (Abma) Geurink; four sons, Donald (Ruth Arm) Geurink and Maurice
(Karen) Geurink, all of Schofield, and Eugene (Jacqueline) Geurink, Ringle; a daughter, Marilyn (Theodore) Dulak, Ringle; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd (Delores) Geurink, Wausau, and Glenn (Leah) Geurink, Rothschild; and two sisters, Eva (John) VanVuren, Crete, Ill., and LaVeme (Kenneth) Hettinga, Pulaski.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Hope Community church, town of Easton. Interment will be
in Forestville Cemetery, town of Easton. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, and from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of services, at the church.
Schmidt-Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood, is assisting the family with arrangements.
